By booking an appointment with Perfect Line, you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully — if you have any questions, don't hesitate to reach out before your appointment.

Deposits

A deposit is required to secure your appointment. All deposits are non-refundable but will be applied toward your service total on the day of your appointment.

Your deposit may be transferred to a new date with a minimum of 24 hours' notice.

Cancellation Policy

  • 24+ hours notice: Your deposit is transferred to a future appointment
  • Less than 24 hours notice: Deposit is forfeited
  • No-show: Deposit forfeited and full service fee may be required to rebook

We understand emergencies happen. Please contact us as early as possible — we'll always do our best to accommodate you.

Late Arrivals

We run on schedule to give every client our full, undivided attention. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule your appointment. Deposits may be forfeited in this case.

We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early.

Results Disclaimer

Semi-permanent makeup is a highly personalized service. Results vary based on individual skin type, texture, healing response, lifestyle, and aftercare compliance. While we tailor every procedure to your unique features and work to achieve the best possible result, we cannot guarantee identical outcomes to reference photos.

A follow-up touch-up appointment is recommended to perfect your results.

Health & Safety

Please disclose any relevant health conditions, allergies, medications, or skin concerns prior to your appointment. Perfect Line is not liable for adverse reactions resulting from undisclosed health information.

We reserve the right to decline or postpone services if we believe a treatment may not be safe for you at that time.

Age Requirement

All clients must be 18 years of age or older. Valid government-issued ID may be requested.

Right to Refuse Service

Perfect Line reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for reasons including but not limited to: health concerns, inappropriate behavior, or failure to disclose relevant medical information.
